POWDERCHAMP AC allows the user a stress free, continuous and even application of powder on the preparation. Since the canulas have different angles it is easier to reach the mesial and distal surfaces of the box preparation in angles of 45°. An extreme low and fine to dispense air pressure is available with the POWDERCHAMP AC unit. The user can regulate the air pressure for the needed purpose. The air pressure on the hand piece can also be regulated through a dosage lever. The air humidity is reduced to 4% and hinders clumping of the powder.

Through the availability of a second powder container and through the fast coupling any interruption is excluded. Through easy turnable and secure socket retentions of metal it is possible to reach the buccal, palatinal, mesial and distal surfaces of the preparation, without tipping the powder container. On the backside of the device two water separators are accommodated. The first separator can be emptied through opening the valves; the second separator is filled with Silica-gel balls. After absorption of moisture the Silica- gel loses its colour and can be replaced.

With discoloration the Silica gel can be replaced. The suitable swirl of the powder can be reached through the special form of the powder container and guarantees a continuous powder flow. The two different powder bottles can carry differently angled canulas (Ortho, 90° or Retro). The fast coupling allows a swift changing of the powder containers with eventual different canula angles during powdering.

Since the POWDERCHAMP AC is accommodated on the cerec unit it is immediately available. The optical impression camera and the powder handpiece are ergonomically accessible.
